The Watch goes the other way today. Kim stopped by to talk to me and commented that we must be outgrowing our house by now. (We aren't but a basement would be really nice). She then said that the neighbour across the street and three up from us is selling her house by the end of the year and we should consider buying it. Ok, first that house has about another 1000 sq feet more than this one, plus is also has a "view", backs onto a green belt and has a "daylight basement". All of this adds up to a house that is worth at least $150,000 more than ours. Right, like we'll just hop right over and buy it.
