Plastic Info

For Kimmer:

Here are a few articles to start with:

Personally, I know that we cannot get rid of plastics entirely in our kitchen, but doing a few little things (getting rid of the plastic plates and cups) is a good start. I am using more plastic containers to send food in with the kids rather than plastic ziploc bags and plastic wrap. Not ideal but, like you said, using glass is not practical for lunch.

Hope that helps!
