Neighbour upped her price again and listed her house with a realtor.
The photos in the photo gallery do not do it justice. The home is really lovely. Also, the taxes will definitely go up because it is listed with the county as just under 2000sf (they do not know she dug out and finished the basement years ago but will definitely find out when the house is sold).
